About Cafecaps coffee capsules

 

Q: Does Cafecaps Capsules are compatible with other machines than Cafecaps coffee Machine ?
A: Cafecaps capsules are compatible with all coffee machines that are using the Lavaza Point System. For more information about the compatibility of your machine, you can call us or e-mail us and we will check for you. By visiting Cafecaps Shop, you can also get free samples to try at home with your machine.

Q:Where does Cafecaps coffee come from?
A: Cafecaps coffee is coming partly from Thailand and partly from abroad. We will always let you know the origin in the product description. However, all of Cafecaps coffee are grinded and put in capsule in Thailand to ensure the freshness of the cups that you drink.

Q: Do Cafecaps Capsule have an expiration dates?
A: Cafecaps capsules do not actually “expire”. Cafecaps wrap with the capsules are hermetically sealed; protected from light, moisture and oxygen.
On every wrap, you will find the “Best before” date. The best before date is 12 months from the date of production. As the date simply acts as an indicator of optimal freshness, flavor and aroma, unopened capsules are completely safe to consume after the “Best before” date.

Q: What is the capsule made of ?
A: It is made of Polypropylene Food Safety. It does NOT contain BPA, phthalates or any toxic halogens. Cafecaps is FDA approved.

Q: Do you have decaffeinated coffee?
A: Yes, we offer the Cafecaps Decaf which is a 100% Arabica decaffeinated coffee.

About Nespresso* Compatible capsules

 

Q: Are Nespresso* Compatible capsules compatible with all the Nespresso* machines ?
A: Yes, Cafecaps guarantee 100% compatibility with all the Nespresso* machines and the Nespresso* compatible machines. If you still have some doubts, visit us in our showroom and we will give you a sample of our capsules so you can try by yourself at home.

Q: Will the capsules I buy from you will damage my Nespresso machine?
A: No, our capsules were specifically designed for Nespresso machines and so will not damage your coffee machine.

Q: Will I notice any difference in how the capsule works?
A: You should not notice any difference in how the capsules work. Just use it as you would with a Nespresso capsule.

Q: Where does Cafecaps coffee come from?
A: Cafecaps coffee is coming mostly from Thailand. Only the Decaf is imported. We will always let you know the origin in the product description. However, all of Cafecaps coffee are grinded and put in capsule in Thailand to ensure the freshness of the cups that you drink.

Q: Do you have decaffeinated coffee?
A: Yes, we offer the Cafecaps Decaf which is a 100% Arabica decaffeinated coffee.

About Dolce GustoÆ Capsules

 

Q: Are Dolce GustoÆ Refilable capsules compatible with all machines ?
A: Yes, Cafecaps guarantee 100% compatibility with all the Dolce GustoÆ machines. If you still have some doubts, visit us in our showroom to see a live demo of the capsules.

Q: How many times can the capsule be reused?
A: You should be able to reuse them over 50 times. It really depends on how careful you are with the capsule. It is pretty durable.

Q: What coffee grind should I use?
A: Make sure you are using a good coffee, preferably something with a bold strong taste. The finer the grind the bolder/stronger the taste. If you are making an espresso, the grind MUST be an espresso grind. If you try and use regular coffee in the capsule it will come out weak.

Q:What can I put in the capsule ?
A: You can put anything you want in the capsule. For an espresso, use it one time only with coffee. If you want a Cappucino, fill the capsule with coffee and reuse the capsules with milk powder. You can also use milk powder, tea… Try you own beverage.

A: Yes, we welcome you from Monday to Saturday, from 10AM to 7PM (Saturday, we close at 6PM) at the following address:

Q: Can I try your coffee before buying it ?
A: Yes, we welcome everyone for a free degustation of our coffee in our store.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay via Credit Card & Debit Card or by Bangkok transfer directly to our Kasikorn account. All of these payment options are powered by our Payment Getaway provider. You can see them all at the bottom right-hand corner of this page.

Q: What type of credit card or debit card do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and JCB credit card and debit card.

Q: Is my payment secure ?
A: Yes, it is totally risk free. Our site is secured in compliance with the highest industry standards, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS), using SSL 128 bit technology.
Furthermore a Secure Payment Gateway facility ensures all credit card details are encrypted so it is safe and easy to use. Our staff cannot see your credit card details.

Delivery

 

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We are glad to deliver all over Thailand by EMS. In Bangkok, we deliver via our messenger (depending on the distance from our shop and messenger availability).

Q: How much is the delivery fee?
A: Delivery is Free for an order of 950 THB and more, via private messenger for Bangkok and EMS for Upcountry. Shipping cost is 100 THB for an order of less than 950 THB. This apply all around Thailand !

Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: It takes 1 business day for Bangkok and 3 business days for up country. Your order will be process and send on the same day but shipping time is according Thailand post for EMS package.

Q: Can I track my order online?
A: Yes, you can. We ship via Thailand Post EMS Express service or NIM EXPRESS and provide an online tracking code.

Q: I lost my user Manual, how can I found a new one ?
A: We have PDF version, just email us for a copy.

Q: Do you offer a repair and maintenance service for Cafecaps products?
A: There is a warranty of 1 year for all coffee machines. During this period we fix or exchange your machine free of charge. We are glad to assist you with a repair and maintenance service also after the warranty period.
